Bad Publicity For This Law Firm
This is not the type of publicity that Gifford, Krass, Groh, Sprinkle, Anderson & Citkowski was probably hoping for in this case. Could this law firm have taken a different approach and avoided this public relations disaster?
That’s the take from Seth Godin.
The lesson is clear — lawyers need to be sensitive to how they deal with other people or else all their pleadings, correspondence, deposition transcripts, court rulings, phone messages and everything thing else concerning a case can end up on-line. And in addition to your own law firm website, there may be one that says YourLawFirmSucks.com.

this is also a VERY good example of why it is critical that you not only grab domains of all reasonable variations of your firm name, but also, a handful of "suck" etc. domains as well. if you own it, they can't cybersquat on it.
