Just when you thought you’d heard it all.
A judge and a prosecutor both face disciplinary charges after admitting to having sex in the judge’s chambers and the women’s shower facilities at the courthouse.
The judge has resigned and the prosecutor was fired. A disciplinary hearing has been scheduled and both face the possibility of disbarment.
