1000 Best eBay Success Secrets by Greg Holden

$12.95, paperback, 358 pages, 978-104022-0805-8 (2007).
I reviewed another eBay selling book just a short time ago but picked this one up at the library when looking for another book and thought I'd give it a quick read. After all, the price was right!
I should first say that the format of this book is one that I don't care for at all. Listing "secrets" one by one (especially when you have 1000) just doesn't give time for a full exploration of each topic. Most topics are only a single paragraph – often as little as two or three sentences. In addition, there is no sense of which "secrets" are most important.
That being said, this book was actually much improved over the earlier eBay book I reviewed. The author is an eBay Powerseller for mostly mundane products: men's and women's shoes. The book is more current and is broken down into sections: before the sale, during the sale, after the sale and opening e-commerce stores.
I enjoyed the book and found at least 3-4 ideas that I thought were especially helpful. If that's all you get out of the book, and you can read it for free like I did by borrowing it from the library, then it's well worth it.
